Semi Private

Perfect for the budget-conscious traveler, our Semi-Private rooms are located in the main house and are small, simple, comfortable and clean. The bathroom is shared with an adjoining room. Rooms have one Double bed or two Twin beds. No TV or refrigerator in these rooms.

Private

Perfect for the budget traveler, our Private rooms are located in the main house overlooking the pool, and are small, simple, comfortable and clean. Pillowtop beds make for a great night's rest. Small Deluxe

Our Small Deluxe rooms are small but comfortable. Rooms have one Queen bed or two Twin beds. Our smallest of the deluxe rooms has all the amenities of a deluxe room with a more budget-friendly price.

Our Apartments are the roomiest option on the property, with many of the comforts of home. They have kitchenettes with a microwave, refrigerator and stovetop. The First Floor of our Conch House provides a comfortable Living Room with a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa with a fitted air-mattress. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, deck area, front porch, and porch swing. Queen bed in room. Accommodates up to 5 with extra air-mattress (extra charge applies for 5th person).
